About Kyle J Wunderli

Kyle J Wunderli is a California native whose life pursuits are driven by a love for learning, people, and a passion for sports and adventure. Growing up Kyle was nurtured by an accomplished attorney father and a selfless, dedicated mother. Dinner table conversations often included talk about the legal scenarios his father was handling, in which Kyle and his sisters would serve as the jury, drawing moral and ethical conclusions. These interactions laid a solid ethical foundation in the family and fostered a deep appreciation for the justice system from an early age.

As a young adult, Kyle played baseball, basketball, hockey, and a variety of other sports where his athleticism and competitive skills could be developed. He spent time traveling and working in Brazil and became fluent in Portuguese while finding a love for the Brazillian people, their food, and family-centered culture. He completed his Bachelor’s Degree at California State University of Sacramento. He married his wife, Celeste, in 2002 and has 3 daughters. Mr. Wunderli is a deeply committed family man and loves spending time with his girls.

Kyle has led a successful business life and attributes his accomplishments to certain values he holds above all others. He believes that prioritizing one’s values effectively can lead to a healthy and happy life at home and in the business world. Those values are education, personal autonomy, economic freedom, and relentless pursuit of excellence. His mantra for life, as seen in his Twitter profile, is “If you’re not learning, you’re losing.”

Mr. Wunderli’s entrepreneurial efforts have led to an extensive knowledge in financial markets, e-commerce, international business, social media, and emerging technologies. He is an avid Bitcoin advocate and believes that technological innovations will continue to help our economy evolve and ultimately improve the human experience.

He is captivated by the complex inner workings of the mind, the anatomy of the brain, and the profound impact that traumatic brain injury (TBI) has on his clients’ lives. As a BIAA Certified Brain Injury Specialist, Mr. Wunderli works tirelessly to educate and advocate on behalf of brain injury victims.

Becoming an Attorney

Kyle received his legal education beginning in 2010 at McGeorge School of Law in Sacramento, California. During his first year of law school, he founded an online retail sales business that required his focus during the day and led him to acquire the remainder of his legal education taking night classes at Lincoln Law School in Sacramento. He obtained his Juris Doctorate in 2013 and passed the California bar exam that year.

Mr. Wunderli established Wunderli Injury Law, PC, in Dana Point, California, driven by a commitment to support personal injury victims, particularly those with brain or spinal injuries. His firm represents the culmination of his expertise and provides a platform for serving the community he holds dear. Known for his competitive spirit and passion for advocacy, he is dedicated to championing the rights of others.
